Welcome to our website!  We are a family-owned, pasture-based, Jersey cow dairy.  We provide raw milk and milk products under a "Grade A Raw-Retail" permit from the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Our cows are on pasture the entire day, except during milking.  Depending on the time of year, the girls may be grazing sudan-grass, wheat, oats, triticale, or native grasses.

Our milk is the real deal!  Milk is collected from the cows, filtered, cooled and then bottled.  No pasteurization, no homogenization.
