For those folks that aren't quite ready for the thickness of whole milk, or may be watching fat intake, we have skim milk available.  Our skim milk is also raw.  Skim contains similar amounts of protein, calcium, etc. as whole milk, but has a butterfat content less than a half percent.

Our skim is produced using a mechanical cream separator.  It is also not pasteurized.

Get out your coffee cup or poofy chef's hat!  Our cream is produced using the same mechanical separator that also creates our skim milk.  Non-pasteurized.

This cream is great in your coffee or tea (you'll throw the powdered stuff out), or for cooking.  Awesome for whipping cream, butter, smoothies, pies, or whatever your inner Swedish Chef desires!
